Product Description
The core value of Gr.11 titanium sheet lies in its unparalleled cost-effectiveness and corrosion resistance. The addition of trace amounts of palladium, as an efficient cathode modifier, significantly enhances the stability and regeneration ability of the passivation film of titanium in oxygen deficient environments (such as non oxidizing acids, high-temperature chlorides), thereby effectively resisting pitting and crevice corrosion. Compared with ordinary pure titanium, it has a wider range of applicable concentrations and temperatures in dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other media. Plate products have the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, making them easy to directly cut, punch, and weld for manufacturing.
Production process
Our Gr.11 titanium sheet is produced using advanced rolling technology. Firstly, a uniformly composed ingot is melted in a vacuum consumable arc furnace, and then a dense slab is prepared by forging and opening the billet. After multiple heating and precise control of hot and cold rolling processes, the slab reaches the target thickness, ensuring fine grain size and uniform structure inside the sheet. In the end, the sheet will undergo strict annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, stabilize structural properties, and be supplemented with precise leveling and surface treatment (such as acid washing or mechanical polishing) to deliver high-quality final products.

Packaging and transportation
To ensure the surface smoothness of the Gr.11 titanium sheet and prevent scratches and contamination during transportation, each Gr.11 titanium sheet is individually wrapped with a thin film. The boards are separated by wooden or composite material dividers, neatly stacked on sturdy wooden brackets, and securely tied with steel straps. The overall packaging is covered with waterproof canvas or wrapping film, and clearly labeled with product identification, specifications, batch number, and moisture-proof and anti-collision warnings.
