Ti-1023 Titanium Alloy Bar

Ti-1023 titanium alloy, corresponding to the domestic grade TB6, with a nominal composition of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al, is a near-β titanium alloy. Ti-1023 titanium alloy has a series of advantages such as high specific strength, good fracture toughness, large hardening cross-section, small anisotropy and strong stress corrosion resistance, which can meet the design requirements of high structural efficiency, high reliability and low manufacturing cost of aircraft. Ti-1023 titanium alloy bar is mainly used to make large structural parts such as frames, beams, ribs and important joints of large military transport aircraft and large overall structural parts, reducing the welding, screwing or riveting of structural parts, improving the structural efficiency of large aircraft, extending the life of the whole aircraft, and meeting the requirements of weapons and equipment development and production. At present, the commonly used domestic standard is GJB1538A-2008 "Specification for Titanium Alloy Bars for Aviation Structural Parts", and the foreign standard is AMS4986.
