Gr.11 titanium alloy contains trace amounts of palladium (Pd) element and is a nearly alpha type titanium alloy. Due to the addition of palladium element, its corrosion resistance in reducing media is significantly improved, making it very suitable for key components in chemical equipment.
Chemical composition: Nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.03%, Carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, Titanium (Ti) ≥ 99.4%, Iron (Fe) ≤ 0.2%, Palladium (Pd) 0.12-0.25%
Mechanical properties: elongation ≥ 24%, tensile strength ≥ 275Mpa, yield strength ≥ 170Mpa,
Physical characteristics: Density of 4.51g/cm ³, non-magnetic, lightweight, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Production process
