Material characteristics: Gr. 5 titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) is an aviation grade α + β alloy with high strength (tensile strength 895MPa), excellent corrosion resistance (seawater resistance, chloride solution and organic acid) and biocompatibility, with low density (4.51g / cm³) and high temperature resistance (liquid phase point about 1655℃).

Chemical composition (mass percentage):

Titanium (Ti) allowance, aluminum (Al) 5.5% -6.8%, vanadium (V) 3.5% -4.5%, impurities (Fe 0.30%, O 0.20%, C 0.10%).

Density 4.51g / cm³, elastic modulus 105-116 GPa, resistance coefficient 1.75 μ Ω·m (room temperature).

Tensile strength 895MPa, yield strength 825MPa, elongation 10%, and section shrinkage 10%.

Forged or rolled molding, ASTM B381 standard, support custom size (diameter, wall thickness) and surface treatment (polishing, overelastic).

Welding supporting: ERTi-5 welding material is recommended.

Basic packaging: shock-proof and moisture-proof material package, non-sterilized state delivery, suitable for conventional transportation.
