In the aerospace field, the choice of materials directly determines the upper limit of the aircraft's performance, flight safety and operating costs. There is a material that stands out in key scenarios such as fuselage structure, engine components, and satellite components with all-round performance advantages and has become an "ideal choice" favored by the industry - it is Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3A titanium alloy.

For aircraft, "weight reduction and efficiency increase" is an eternal pursuit, and Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3A titanium alloy perfectly interprets the core advantages of "light and strong". Its density is only 4.48g/cm³, which is equivalent to 60% of steel, but after aging treatment, the tensile strength can reach 1200-1400MPa, and the specific strength far exceeds that of aluminum alloys and traditional steels.

As a metastable β titanium alloy, TB5 has excellent cold working performance in the solution state - the cold rolling deformation can reach more than 90%, and it can easily shape complex sheet metal parts such as resistance umbrella beams, and can also be used in the production of fasteners such as cold heading rivets and bolts.

Compared with traditional α β-type titanium alloys, Ti-15V-3Cr-3Sn-3A can complete high-precision processing without intermediate annealing, which not only simplifies the production process, improves production efficiency, but also ensures the quality and performance stability of parts, perfectly matching the stringent requirements of high-precision parts in the aerospace field.
