On December 25th, the Titanium Metal New Materials Modern Industry Chain Collaboration Conference and the Sichuan Advanced Vanadium-Titanium Materials Industry Circle Strengthening and Supply-Demand Matching Conference were held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The conference, themed 'Gathering Momentum for Vanadium-Titanium, Linking the Future,' featured industry exchanges, matchmaking, investment promotion, and centralized contract signing. It aimed to accelerate the development of a modern titanium metal new materials industry chain supported by domestic resources in line with national strategies, build a more competitive Chinese vanadium-titanium industry ecosystem, and promote the 'circle-building and chain-strengthening' of the titanium metal industry.

Top experts, leading business figures, and industry elites in the vanadium-titanium field gathered to discuss building a national modern titanium metal materials industry chain, enhancing the resilience and security of China's vanadium-titanium industry supply chain, and exploring new paths for circle-building and chain-strengthening in the titanium metal new materials and advanced vanadium-titanium materials industries, striving for mutual benefit and a promising future.

Empowering Momentum: Building a New Pattern for the Modern Titanium Metal Industry Chain
Vanadium-titanium resources are a strategic advantage unique to Sichuan, and the vanadium-titanium industry is a green, low-carbon advantage industry in the province. The Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Sichuan Provincial Government attach great importance to this industry, incorporating it into the key 'sub-chains' of the advanced materials industry chain. They plan strategically and implement precise policies to vigorously promote circle-building and chain-strengthening for the industry.
The conference organically combined the industry chain collaboration actions of central enterprises with the construction of the industrial ecosystem in Sichuan, serving as a vivid practice of deepening integration between central enterprises and local entities, sharing responsibilities, and achieving mutually beneficial development.
Focusing on the tasks of 'resource security and controllability' and 'high-end material breakthroughs,' the conference firmly advanced efforts to strengthen, extend, and supplement the industrial chain, accelerate the development of an industry ecosystem with greater risk resilience and innovation potential, and help enhance the resilience and security of China's titanium metal industry chain and supply chain.

Achievement Implementation: Signing Amount of 8.5 Billion Yuan Highlights Panzhihua's Industrial Advantages
Promoting practical cooperation was the core outcome of this conference. At the event, supply and demand lists for vanadium-titanium products and vanadium-titanium industry technology were released. Nine supply-demand cooperation agreements and thirteen vanadium-titanium industrialization and intelligent transformation projects were signed on-site, involving a total amount of 8.5 billion yuan. The implementation of these projects marks the industrial chain's collaboration entering a substantive construction phase, injecting strong new momentum into the industry ecosystem.
