Product Introduction
Ti62222S titanium alloy corresponds to the domestic grade TC21 and is developed from Ti-6242S titanium alloy. Its nominal composition is Ti-6Al-2Sn-2Zr-2Cr-2Mo-0.15Si. It is a new type of dual-phase high-strength, tough, damage-tolerant titanium alloy. Ti62222S titanium alloy has comprehensive properties such as high strength, high plasticity, and high toughness, and is widely used in the aerospace field. It can be used in aircraft wing joint structures, brake housings, fuselage and landing gear connection frames, engine suspension joints, and other parts, as well as important or critical load-bearing components with high requirements for strength and durability.

Product Features and Applications
Ti62222S titanium alloy has significant advantages such as high strength, high toughness, and low crack propagation rate, making it widely used in aerospace and other fields. By adjusting the heat treatment regimen, Ti-62222S titanium alloy can achieve a basket-weave microstructure that offers better strength, plasticity, toughness, and crack propagation resistance compared to other microstructures. Under conditions not inferior to Gr.5 titanium alloy, its fracture toughness, crack growth resistance, and thermal stability are maintained, while the strength is an order of magnitude higher than that of Gr.5 titanium alloy. Titanium alloys are mainly used for the aft fuselage of new aircraft, wing joint structures with temperature requirements, engine frames, and other important or critical components, as well as vital load-bearing parts that require high strength and durability.
