Material characteristics

 

Chemical composition: Titanium (Ti) as the matrix, with 0.12%~0.25% palladium (Pd) added, while strictly controlling the impurity content (such as Fe≤0.25%,N≤0.03%,O≤0.15%,C≤0.08%,H≤0.013%).

Mechanical properties:

Yield strength: ≥ 140-310MPa

Tensile strength: ≥ 240 MPa

Elongation rate: ≥ 24%

Density: 4.51 g/cm ³.

Corrosion resistance:

It exhibits strong corrosion resistance in neutral and oxidizing media such as nitric acid and seawater.

Suitable for corrosive environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H ₂ S), hydrofluoric acid (HF), perchloric acid, etc.

Not suitable for boiling sodium hydroxide solution, but performs well in room temperature alkaline solution.
