Product Description
The core value of this product lies in its balanced comprehensive performance. The addition of aluminum significantly improves the strength and thermal stability of the material, while tin further enhances the room temperature and high temperature performance of the alloy. Compared with Gr.F-5 alloy, Gr.F-6 exhibits superior thermal stability and creep resistance in the temperature range of 400-500 ℃, while maintaining good toughness and welding performance. This unique performance combination makes it particularly suitable for manufacturing key components in aviation engine compressor discs, blades, and chemical equipment that require withstanding moderate high temperatures and stresses.

Production process
We use advanced precision forging technology to produce Gr.F-6 titanium forgings. Firstly, select Gr.6 titanium alloy ingots that meet ASTM standards, perform multi-stage heating in a precisely controlled heating furnace, and then perform multi-directional forging on a 10000 ton hydraulic press. By precisely controlling the forging temperature, deformation amount, and deformation rate, it is ensured to obtain uniform and fine full-thickness or bimodal structure. After forging, specialized heat treatment processes are used, including solution treatment and aging treatment, to optimize the microstructure of the material and achieve the best match of strength, plasticity, and toughness.
