Grade 4 titanium plates belong to industrial pure titanium, with low impurity element content, primarily composed of titanium (Ti), allowing a certain amount of oxygen (O) and iron (Fe). The specific content meets the relevant standard ASTM B265: which covers the chemical composition, mechanical properties (such as tensile strength, elongation), dimensional tolerances, and surface quality requirements for titanium and titanium alloy strips, sheets, and plates. Grade 4 is defined as unalloyed titanium (Unalloyed Titanium), suitable for aerospace, medical, and marine engineering applications. ASTM B348: specifies standards for titanium alloy bars and wires. ASTM F67: sets standards for medical pure titanium materials. AMS 4901/4921: an aviation-grade titanium plate standard, requiring high strength and corrosion resistance. MIL-T-9046J/9047G: military standards applicable to aircraft engine components and structural parts.

Tensile strength (Rm): ≥550 MPa.

Yield strength (Rp0.2): ≥483 MPa.

Thickness: Thin plates: 0.2-5.0 mm. Medium-thick plates: 5.0-30 mm.

Extra-thick plates: 30-80 mm.

Width: Standard range: 500-1400 mm.

Special requirements: Customizable to 2500 mm.

Length: Standard cutting: 1000-6000 mm.

Special specifications: Up to 6000 mm. Annealing treatment restores plasticity (recommended temperature: 650-750℃).

Sandblasting (Ra 3.2-6.3 μm): Increases surface roughness and enhances coating adhesion.

Pickling: Removes oxide layer and improves corrosion resistance.
