Product Introduction
TC4 titanium alloy extruded tube is formed by using a large horizontal extrusion press (such as 3150t or larger) to extrude TC4 cast ingots or billets heated to below the phase transformation point (about 950°C) into tubes in a single extrusion under glass lubrication or can lubrication conditions. This process mainly targets the production of large-diameter, thick-walled, or difficult-to-roll tubes. The outer diameter of extruded tubes typically ranges from 45mm to 610mm, with wall thicknesses up to 5mm to over 60mm. The extrusion process makes the structure of TC4 alloy denser, with fibrous structures distributed along the extrusion direction, and provides excellent compressive and tensile properties. Compared to cold-rolled seamless tubes, extruded tubes have higher production efficiency, especially suitable for producing long-length tubes. TC4 extruded tubes fully retain the excellent characteristics of the alloy: high long-term strength and creep resistance below 400°C, and nearly unlimited corrosion resistance in environments such as seawater and geothermal water.

Product Application
TC4 titanium alloy extrusion pipes are mainly used in industrial fields with extremely stringent requirements for high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. In marine engineering, they are the preferred material for deepwater oil and gas production risers, drilling casing pipes, and optical cable protective casings, capable of withstanding enormous deep-sea hydrostatic pressure and complex marine environmental loads. In the petrochemical field, they are used as high-pressure and chloride corrosion-resistant reactor bundles and heat exchanger bundles. In the power industry. In the machinery manufacturing field, large-diameter TC4 extrusion pipes can be used to manufacture cylinder bodies of large hydraulic cylinders, centrifuge drums, and various high-pressure vessels. Due to their combination of high strength and low density, they are also commonly processed into sporting equipment such as golf club heads.

Product Packaging
The packaging of TC4 titanium alloy extruded pipes follows high-standard industrial packaging specifications. After the pipes pass eddy current or ultrasonic flaw detection, the inner and outer surfaces must undergo degreasing, cleaning, and passivation treatment. For large-diameter pipes, bare packaging or single-piece wound packaging is usually used. Both ends of the pipes must be equipped with plastic or metal protective rings to protect the bevel and threads (if any). When bundling multiple pipes, steel straps and flexible padding are used for securing. All pipes must undergo strict airtightness testing or hydrostatic testing before leaving the factory and have markings (specifications, grade, furnace number) sprayed in a prominent position on the pipe body. Upon delivery, a detailed quality certificate is provided, including chemical composition analysis reports, mechanical property test data at room and high temperatures, and nondestructive testing reports, ensuring that each pipe has complete quality traceability.
