Product Introduction
ⅡT-7M Titanium Alloy Pipe is a low-strength, high-plasticity, and corrosion-resistant α-type titanium alloy. It contains 2% Al and 2.5% Zr as α-stabilizing elements, which provide solid solution strengthening to the alloy. ΠT-7M titanium alloy has excellent processability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, and can undergo cold and hot processing (including cold rolling and cold drawing of pipes), machining, and welding.

3.Chemical properties.
The antioxidant performance is similar to that of industrial pure titanium.
Corrosion resistance: This alloy has good corrosion resistance in seawater, with corrosion resistance in acids and other media similar to that of pure titanium. Under conditions of humidity and heat, this material does not exhibit localized or pitting corrosion.

ⅡT-7M Titanium Alloy Pipe have low strength but higher plasticity, mostly used for manufacturing pipelines and heat exchangers. Russia's integrated pressurized water reactor steam generators use Ti-2Al-2.5Zr titanium alloy pipes for tube sheets and heat transfer plates. This advanced nuclear power reactor features efficiency, compactness, and safety, making it a key component used in nuclear submarines, icebreakers, and aircraft carriers.

Appearance Quality
The inner and outer surfaces of the ⅡT-7M Titanium Alloy Pipe should be clean, free from oxidation and oil stains, and exhibit a silver-gray metallic color.
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe should be free of visible defects such as cracks, folds, peeling, and pinholes.
Localized defects on the surface of the pipe are allowed to be removed, but after removal, the minimum allowable dimensions of the pipe must be ensured. The pipe surface is allowed to have scratches, pits, bumps, and straightening marks that do not exceed the allowable deviation in wall thickness.
Product Supply
ⅡT-7M Titanium Alloy Pipe are delivered in either hot-rolled condition (R) or annealed condition (M), with the surface in sandblasted, pickled, or polished state. If required by the buyer and specified in the order, the internal and external surfaces of the pipes can be machined before delivery.The marking on the pipes is in the order of name, grade, condition, specifications (D×t×L), and the document number of this file.
Each batch of products comes with accompanying documents, which include supplier information, product information, this document number (GB/T 39856), manufacturing date or packaging date, as well as a product quality guarantee certificate, product compliance certificate, and finished product inspection report.
