Product Introduction
The nominal composition of Ti80 titanium alloy is Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo. It is a near-alpha titanium alloy with a relatively high aluminum content and containing the beta-stabilizing element Nb. It features light weight, non-magnetic properties, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, particularly against seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. Additionally, it has high strength, impact toughness, and weldability, making it an excellent lightweight metal material, often referred to as the "marine metal."

2. Microstructure
The microstructure photos of Ti80 titanium alloy sheets after heat treatment at different temperatures are shown in Figure 1.
Product Features and Applications
Ti80 titanium alloy is a near-alpha titanium alloy, and at room temperature, its microstructure is mainly composed of alpha and beta phases. However, the content of the beta phase is very low. It has high strength, plasticity, and corrosion resistance, particularly high fracture toughness, stress corrosion fracture toughness, impact toughness, and weldability. It is commonly used in oil and gas field extraction, deep-sea submersibles, and pressure-resistant hulls of ships.
Product Details
Ti80 titanium alloy plates are mainly delivered with either acid-alkali pickled or polished surfaces. The appearance has a uniform and consistent color, without defects such as cracks, folds, or scratches. The dimensional tolerances meet standard requirements. See Figure 2 for the actual plate.
