The material of the titanium mesh covers two categories: pure titanium and titanium alloys. You can choose flexibly according to the usage scenario:

Pure Titanium Series: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, known for its high purity (≥99.6%) and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for extreme environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and seawater.

Titanium Alloy Series: Gr16, Gr7, Gr12 (containing molybdenum, resistant to chloride ion corrosion), OT4-1 (aluminum-vanadium alloy, higher strength), Gr17/Gr11 (improved alloy), balancing strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-load scenarios such as military and ships.

The titanium mesh adopts a standardized marking system, marked in the order of "product name - grade - condition - specification - standard number". For example:

"Net Plate Gr1 ZM 10×1000×2000-12.5×4.5×17"

Explanation: Gr1 material, cold-rolled annealed state (ZM), net surface thickness 10mm, width 1000mm, length 2000mm, net hole size 12.5mm×4.5mm×1.7mm.
