Due to its high specific strength, elastic modulus close to human bone, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent biocompatibility, it is widely used in the biomedical field, mainly for the production of various artificial joints, bone fixation devices, dentures, dental inlays, and fixed bridges.  while the international standards are ISO 5832-2-2018 "Implants for Surgery - Metallic Materials - Part 2: Unalloyed Titanium" and ASTM F67-13 "Standard Specification for Unalloyed Titanium for Surgical Implant Applications." The chemical composition, mechanical properties, and microstructure grades of Gr.3 pure titanium sheets are clearly specified to ensure the stability and reliability of biomedical surgical implant product quality.
