The nominal composition of Ti80 Titanium Alloy Pipe For Oil Pipelines is Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo, which is a near-alpha titanium alloy. It has high strength, plasticity, and corrosion resistance, and particularly features high fracture toughness, stress corrosion crack resistance, impact toughness, and weldability. It is suitable as an excellent lightweight structural material for components such as oil well pipes, marine pipeline systems, and heat exchangers. When processed into seamless tubes, it has broad application prospects in marine oil drilling platforms, marine engineering equipment, ships, submarines, deep-sea submersibles, and offshore facilities. Seamless tubes prepared by skew rolling and perforation have advantages over traditional processes, including shorter forming cycles, simpler process flow, and higher material utilization, greatly reducing the production cost of Ti80 alloy seamless tubes and promoting their wide application.
